Responsibilities
Design the dialogue flow of the conversational resolution chatbot.
Detect customer's intents and navigate the conversation to the resolution.Monitor system health and performance. Derive insights from KPI.Identify the opportunity for improvement. Conduct experiments to validate the improvement.Work with multiple stakeholders to author the contents.Create engineering requirements to expand the chatbot's capabilityKey Qualifications
Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Technical degree or coding bootcamp with 1+ years of coding experience.Strong analytical skills to translate data to business insights.Ability to communicate technical and business requirements to other function teams.Nice to have
Familiarity with chatbots, voice enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
Familiarity with social channels like Slack, FB, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams etc.Education Qualification
Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications
