Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities

tickProvide global support for our worldwide customer base and manage simultaneous customer cases in a highly demanding environment.
tickDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and partners, and help improve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
tickLogging and managing issues using appropriate management tools.
tickPromptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
tickProvide impeccable follow-up with customer issues and status in a timely manner.
tickProactively working the support ticket queue and managing customer expectations on resolution time.
tickWork closely with the development team to help resolve the product bugs and deliver solutions in a timely fashion.
tickProactively identify issues and take mitigation steps before they become “noticed” by customers.
tickMaintain a state-of-the-art subject matter expertise on Purplegrids Conversational AI Platform.

Key Qualifications

tick1+ years of experience in a customer service/ technical support role.
tickImpeccable follow-through and commitment to quality customer service.
tickStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
tickTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate to internal resources and external vendors.
tickProven customer service skills with attention to detail.

Education Qualification

tickGraduate in Masters/Bachelor’s
