tickBangalore, India

Responsibilities

tickDevelop use cases, personas and scenarios and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
tickWork with the engineering teams to build and deploy solutions with optimal resources.
tickResolve day to day queries from development team based on knowledge of customer business.
tickScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
tickProvide input to QA for creation of test plans and certification criteria. Assist and certify the UAT.
tickHave a delivery mindset and ensure delivery on schedule.
tickContribute towards improving project and program management processes for both Chatbot delivery and support as necessary.

Key Qualifications

tickUnderstanding of cloud based systems along with knowledge of any domain such as Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Web/Social etc.
tickGood knowledge and understanding of software development and web technologies.
tickWorking knowledge of Web Service Concepts, Java script and/or Java, JSON/XML Experience of about 2+ years
tickTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate to internal resources and external vendors.
tickExcellent written and verbal communication skills
tickWorked as BA / PM or similar role in a product company (Preferred) or a services company
tickAbility to manage in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities

Nice to have

tickFamiliarity with chatbots, voice enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
tickAbility to understand and write JavaScript..
tickPractical knowledge of agile/iterative development process.
tickTechnical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
tickExperience of working with teams across locations and time-zones

Education Qualification

tickBachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
